Course Objective

To allow the provider to respond to a casualty with cardiac problems and, if necessary, to effectively and safely defibrillate the casualty using an AED. This course is compliant with the latest Resuscitation council guidelines.

Basic life support, AED protocols, procedures and safety issues.

Minimum Qualifications / notes

First Aid at work or equivalent or health care professional

We are able to run a certificated AED course to the British Resuscitation Council guidelines. The course can be combined with other elements of our trauma packages or run as a solo course. We can also offer recertification and AED updates all at your workplace allowing realistic scenarios in the actual workplace.
